For such a small country, on a singles guided holiday to Georgia you’ll pack a lot in. In the north, the Greater Caucasus Mountains offer travellers spectacular views from the historic and twisting Georgian Military Highway. The former capital Mtskheta is one of Europe’s oldest cities and now a UNESCO World Heritage site in part thanks to the remarkable medieval religious architecture. A solo guided holiday will also include a visit to Tbilisi – this compact centre, is easy to explore on foot – in the old town you’ll discover a maze of streets where house are adorned with carved wooden balconies and a short cable car ride will take you to the fortress ruins which offers a magnificent panorama over the city.
On a solo tour to Georgia you can also enjoy the flavours of a destination with a culinary demonstration and sampling local wines, venture to the Caves of Prometheus and travel along the historic silk road.
We’re delighted to have received the World Travel and Tourism Councils (WTTC) Safe Travels stamp, which recognises businesses and destinations worldwide that have adopted a new set of global protocols to support the return of 'Safe Travel' around the world.
