TERMS & CONDITIONS
By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Only one entry per person and per household. Closing date 31/01/2025. Winners will be selected at random from all entries and notified by 28/02/2025. You are giving us permission to contact you regarding the outcome of this prize draw. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners via phone and/or email, but if the prize is not claimed by 10th March 2025, the prize draw will be redrawn until the prize is successfully claimed. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of the prize to third parties. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The winners of the prize draw will be expected to partake in PR and marketing activity.
The Travel Credits can only be used towards a Just You holiday departing after the original date of your qualifying booking and travelling before 31st December 2026. It can be booked in advance of your qualifying holiday. The Travel Credits cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. If you cancel your qualifying holiday the Travel Credit will automatically be lost. If we cancel your holiday, the value of the Travel Credit can be transferred to a new booking, should the cost of that holiday be lower than the value of the Travel Credit, no cash refund will be given. The Travel Credit cannot be used towards flight upgrades or any ancillary products such as hotels, car parking, optional excursions. It cannot be used a part payment or full payment of a deposit.
There is 1 x £2500 Travel Credit Voucher to be won, 10 x £250 in travel credit and 10 x £150 in travel credit. Should the cost of the holiday that the Travel Credit is being redeemed against be lower than the Travel Credit value, there will not be a refund of the difference. The offer can be withdrawn at any point and tours can be added or removed from the exceptions list. Travel Credits must be redeemed by 31st July 2025.
To qualify for the prize draw, your booking must be confirmed and the required deposit paid, which you will be advised on during the checkout process. Each valid booking will receive one entry into the prize draw. Multiple entries will be accepted into the prize draw for each booking made. You can also enter the prize draw on this page or by sending a sealed envelope containing your full name, address, telephone number and/or email address to arrive at Just You's offices on or before 31/01/2025. Postal entries should be sent to: Just Book and Win, Just You, Office 202, Harborough Enterprise Centre, 34 Compass Point, Northampton Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 9HW. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the prize draw.
The 1 x £2500 Travel Credit Voucher may be used for more than one holiday booking up to a total value of £2500 – any difference in cost will be payable by the winner in accordance with our general booking conditions. Voucher has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. The following tours cannot be booked using this voucher: UK tours, River Cruises, Festive Breaks, Uganda: Gorillas in the Mist, Croatian Island Explorer and Canada and the Rocky Mountaineer. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. Just You does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is run by Just You, part of G Touring Ltd and we have the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time at our discretion.
